Multi-spindle Drilling
High-speed drilling technology that uses multiple spindles (six spindles) to drill six holes simultaneously. Drill various materials, from soft to hard, with holes from φ0.05-φ6.4. The wide variety of material that can be drilled includes PET, polycarbonates, acrylics, polyvinyl chloride, resins, aluminum, copper, brass, CFRP, glass epoxy, ultem, silicon rubber, urethane rubber, and more.
The action of the hole /
Drilling, adjusting the diameter, depth, pitch. Visual perception changes as permeable materials become unclear. A hole causes the material to lose balance, changing its weight and center of gravity. Flexibility and variability are transformed as the holes on the surface of the material let light and air to pass through. Holes create change and bring new possibilities to the material and its surrounding environment.
